This is advance notice that the BMFA Midland Area AGM will be held on Thursday Dec14th starting at 1930 hrs. There will be a Midland Area committee meeting held immediately after the AGM.

The meeting will be conducted via Zoom.

If you are interested in attending the meeting please will you reply to the Midland Area Secretary on Secretary@midland.bmfa.uk

Once you have registered an interest the Zoom link, Agendas for both meeting and the Officer's reports for the AGM will be sent to you when they become available.

Election of BMFA Area Officers

The Area Treasurer has resigned therefore the Area is seeking nominations for a new Midland Area Treasurer.

The positions of Secretary and Vice Chairman are both also due for election, the Secretary is standing again, there is no current Vice Chairman.

If you are interested in any of these positions please email the Mids Sec at the same email address.

Agenda Items

The AGM agenda is fixed, however there will be an Area meeting immediately after the AGM. If you have any agenda items you would like to add please send them to the Mids Area Sec. Agenda items must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the meeting.
