Making a one piece wing.

Fitted the wiring for the aileron servos to the joiner pod with the oversized cheeks. Then sheeted the top and sanded all over to size.

all the wing structure is now finished and looking good. Particularly pleased with the joiner fit and finish.

Now to finish the ailerons and fit the wing servos.

Made a start on the fuselage over the last couple of weeks. built the basic structure and finished sheeting it.

The build is pretty straight forward - balsa sides with spruce stringers and balsa sheeting for the sides.

Made the nose from soft balsa block covered in glass and epoxy rather than car body filler as specified on the plan. Then made a start on the fin and rudder.
