One pilot error - me being the pilot,

The other appears to have been a servo failure.

All in all, not a good day!

That's a shame, I am sorry to hear that.

Is the power pod to the versa wing okay? If not I can make another.

Reason I ask is I've been experimenting with different glues on these FT planes, and could do with a test pilot as I cant get to the field.

I'd be happy to test anything for you Scott! I can't think of anyone better qualified to test stuff to destruction!

However, Mel has given me a replacement VersaWing which has a fixed 'power pod' instead of the removable one that yours had. So I'm not sure what could be tested.

Very glad to hear you have a new wing, they are such gun to fly.

As for testing I took a wood glue wing out of the clamps this morning and it's some how warped. Not sure how, maybe the wet glue caused the paper to separate from the foam.

I'm hoping that using different and lighter glues will work as good as the hot glue sticks, so going to need someone to throw them around a bit in the air.
